We Are Here To Help You With Any Questions You May Have

We are one of the only family owned and operated venues still in the area. No corporations or stuffy business folks here.  These’s buildings are also 130 years old. Renovated and brought back to life, we are one of the only truly historic venues located in Montgomery, TX. 

Our Price range is $5000-$8500 currently for the venue rental. 

8 AM to 1 AM (17 hours) We do not do extended hours. Vendors are be onsite at clients formal exit time.

Yes! You have full use of the two dressing suites! There is also a bathroom in the chapel that is neutral for both suites usage.

Margaritaville & Bentwater are both in close proximity to the venue. The KOA Indian Reservation also has cabins to rent. PA Smith is located in Navasota as another option.

You can book the venue up to 3 years out, but please note if it is booked less than 6 months out, an escalated payment plan will be in force to catch you up to the deposits. If there is a date you have your eye on, we suggest snagging it while you can!

We have 300 White Chiavari Chairs for indoor use and 300 folding white resins for outdoor use. The Chiavari’s are not allowed outdoor or indoor use. There are also 30 8′ rectangular tables and 40 60″ rounds available.

All of our booked couples are welcome to do portrait sessions at the venue. You must work out a time with Kristen or Brittany before doing so.

A tour by appointment can be arranged by contacting Kristen at 936-828-0790 or Brittany at 936-230-7068. You must be accompanied by staff of Olde Dobbin Station to be allowed onsite or make arrangements with them prior to visiting the site location. 

We do not allow anyone on site during someone else’s event day and will only accommodate tours on a pre-scheduled bases.

Olde Dobbin Station Reception hall can hold up to 530 guests seated comfortably, with a dance floor and all. The max is 300 when doing cultural events, to allow for the proper spacing for catering needs & staging. 

Olde Dobbin Station is a fully licensed bar, but offers alcohol packages to best suit your needs.  Please email the staff at Olde Dobbin Station for more details.  All alcohol must be purchased through Olde Dobbin Station, who will provide all bar tenders and plastic ware. All use of the bar is subject to a bar set up fee to include these items. Security is covered in the bar fee if doing a bar. If doing no alcohol, and guest size is over 200 people, then a $600 fee for security officers will be charged.

You can pick your own caterer! The vendor must be approved by Olde Dobbin Station 30 days prior to the event date. The catering company you select MUST have their Department of Health Certificate and be insured. 

There is plenty of parking!  We have room for up to 200 cars on our concrete parking lot. 

Olde Dobbin Station is a NON SMOKING venue. We ask that all individuals smoke 50 feet away from the venue. Please also respect the grounds.  and dispose of any and all cigarette buds.

It’s 25% down of whichever day you decide. Next payments are 6 months out, 3 months out, and 30 days out. All payments are due on the 3rd of the month.
