Alcohol Agreement

I. I, the "Licensee" know and understand that if electing to use the bar, is responsible for a non-refundable bar charge. This covers up to 3 bartenders, plastic ware, other bar related supplies, and bar set up and breakdown. It also includes soft drinks/non alcoholic juices off the drink gun SO LONG as the alcohol purchased by the Licensee is available. If doing a full cash bar the soft drinks will be an added charge. Extra bartenders are available for an extra expense.

III. All Bar Service Charges must be ordered 14 days prior to the "Licensee’s" event date. If a limited bar selection is made the minimum is required and what is met of the maximum must be paid by the end of the night of the event. The unlimited bar option requires the payment of the set-up fee and a credit card by which to run at the end of the night, or at the end of when the bar is set to end. The "Licensee" must pay all bar fees by the closure of the event. No payment schedule of any kind is permitted.

IV. If specialty bottles of any type of alcohol are purchased, but not all used, the licensee will NOT be able to leave with those bottles. If the licensee has arranged with Olde Dobbin Station to purchase bottles of any kind and they are not all used, the licensee will not be given a refund, unless you have purchased a "pay as you go" option bar. It is per TABC code that NO open or unused bottles leave the facilities.

IF TIP JARS are NOT wanted a gratuity of 18% will be applied to the total bill.
